1. Necessary technologies

Amrachi uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies where necessary to operate and secure the website and Service, maintain authenticated sessions or essential preferences, prevent abuse and record privacy choices. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used on authentication-sensitive flows to reduce automated abuse.

2. Optional analytics

With your consent, Amrachi uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to understand use of the public website. GA4 is loaded only after the visitor has granted Analytics consent.

GA4 is not loaded in the authenticated Amrachi application. Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are not currently used by Amrachi.

3. Categories

• Necessary — security, authentication, service operation, essential preferences and storage of privacy choices.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 for measurement and improvement of the public marketing website; optional and off until consent.
• Campaign-attribution information such as UTM parameters or advertising click identifiers is not intended to be persistently stored before Analytics consent.

4. Analytics data

Where Analytics is accepted, GA4 may process pages viewed, device/browser characteristics, referrer, campaign information, interactions and approximate location, including city-level location derived from network/device information. Amrachi does not intentionally send Customer portfolio data or authenticated product identifiers to GA4.

5. Your choices

Access to the authenticated Amrachi Service is not conditional on accepting optional Analytics. Necessary technologies remain available where required for requested functionality or security.

6. Withdrawal

You may change or withdraw Analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future optional Analytics processing initiated by Amrachi after the preference is updated. It does not retroactively erase processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Where technically possible, Amrachi removes first-party GA cookies under its control.

7. Third-party processing and contact

Google and certain infrastructure providers may process technical information outside Switzerland. International processing is addressed in the Privacy Policy and through applicable safeguards. Questions: privacy@amrachi.ch.
